We do not believe in quick fixes or simply covering up problem behaviors with obedience commands. Our goal is to understand the root of the issue, help your dog develop a healthier mindset, build trust and clarity through communication, and create reliable habits that hold up in everyday life. We work to understand what's driving the behavior — the anxiety, the fear, the frustration — and give your dog a genuinely healthier mindset toward their triggers. One thing we’ll always be honest with you about: board and train is a powerful head start, not a magic eraser. Great results require something from both ends of the leash. When your dog comes home, we want you walking away with not just a transformed dog, but also the knowledge, skills, and ongoing support to keep that progress moving forward. The new rules and expectations have to come home with them, too. We’ll walk you through every step of that process and make sure you feel confident and capable of continuing the work at home. Dogs are animals with minds and feelings of their own, and without continued support, consistency, and training for both of you, they can begin to fall back into old behaviors.

2 Week Program
Designed to give your dog a strong jump-start in training by introducing foundational obedience, improving manners and impulse control, building confidence, and creating clearer communication on both ends of the leash. By the end of their stay, your dog will gain a solid understanding of structure and expectations, and you’ll have the tools to continue their progress at home.
For any training alumni this program is a perfect option - whether you're looking to refresh what your dog already knows, rebuild some consistency after a busy season, or pivot quickly into a new training direction. Because good training doesn't have an expiration date, but it does need upkeep.

3 Week Program
Our 3 Week Obedience & Off-Leash Board & Train builds on everything included in our 2 Week program while allowing more time for practice, repetition, understanding, and reliability, as well as more real-world practice and “field trips". This program focuses on foundational obedience, manners, impulse control, confidence building, and clear communication on both ends of the leash, while also advancing the skill level of all the obedience introduced in our 2 Week program.

We will work on core commands while creating a strong balance between structure, trust, and real-world dependability. And for clients who are ready to take things further, the 3-week program is also where we begin off-leash and e-collar training for those whose goals include that level of freedom and reliability. More time means more depth, more real-world exposure, and a dog who isn't just learning the rules — but starting to live by them.

We cover everything in our foundational programs — sit, down, place, loose leash walking, impulse control, recall, heel, engagement, and confidence building — and build it to a level that takes real time to achieve. E-collar and off-leash training are fully integrated, real-world exposure is extensive, and the reliability we send your dog home with reflects weeks of intentional, progressive work.

Living with a reactive or aggressive dog can be one of the loneliest experiences in the dog world. You love your dog. You're trying everything. Our behavior modification programs are designed to address reactivity, aggression, fear, resource guarding, anxiety, and other behavioral concerns starting at the root cause. These programs are built around a simple but important principle: we don't cover behavior up with obedience, we work to rebuild it and rebuild a healthier, happier version of your dog. We dig into what’s actually driving the behavior — fear, frustration, anxiety, overstimulation, lack of clear communication, or something else entirely — and working to shift your dog's emotional response to their triggers from the inside out. Your dog learns real coping skills, builds genuine confidence, and develops the kind of foundation that makes everyday life manageable and, eventually, enjoyable all with a healthier mindset for both you and your dog.

First: this work has to continue at home. We can create an extraordinary foundation, but training transfers when you transfer it — consistently, patiently, and with the same expectations your dog learned here.
